This is a newly created Compensation and Benefits Advisor role for an organisation who are looking to really develop their total remuneration to attract new employees and help retain existing employees. Salary Circa £45k + Benefits. Hybrid working in place, with some weekly travel to West Midlands site.

As Compensation and Benefits Advisor, you will develop the current Benefits offering as a priority. You will also look at salary bench-marking and grading using Kornferry Hay Grading. You will work closely with Finance and the ability to build strong stakeholder relations across the organisation will be key to the successful rolling out of Reward initiatives.

As an experienced Compensation and Benefits Advisor you will have strong Excel capability and enjoy the potential of enhancing the current Reward offering.
