A market leading and fast growing business based in South Birmingham are looking to recruit a talented Communications Manager into their team.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing this role will be responsible for leading the management of the brands reputation externally and internally, developing communication strategies within the business, leading a growing communications team and overall responsibility for communications to audiences including: press, shareholders and employees.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of a team of PR and communications specialists
- Delivering communications both internally and externally
- Developing and managing all communications strategies
- Stakeholder management
- Create PR plans and campaigns across the business
- Management of the internal communications strategy
- Management of the press office team
- Management and development of social media
- Editorial management of the company website
