Gleeson Recruitment Group are exclusively recruiting for a Commercial Financial Controller to join an established Business who have gone through a positive growth journey in the last year. You will be a key Business Partner to non Finance with a very operational remit. Based in North Birmingham but must be flexible to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage FP&A function
• Provide financial and commercial guidance to non finance teams to enable them to achieve their objectives.
• Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
• Producing long-term business plans
• Undertaking research into pricing and factors affecting performance
• Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments

Background

• Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) essential
• Been in a senior operational Finance role
• Solid commercial and business awareness
• Excellent communication- Internal & External stakeholders
• An analytical approach to work
