Are you an experienced in-house commercial counsel looking for your next contract?

We are working with a well known Birmingham based employer looking for additional legal resource due to an increase in complex, interesting project work.

Joining a collaborative team of 4 you will be comfortable handling a broad range of commercial matters including procurement, IT contracts, terms of business, data protection and other more general BAU agreements as well has managing potential disputes.

You will take a proactive approach to relationship building and help to drive further efficiences, continuing the good work of the existing team.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of commercial contracts experience ideally gained in-house in a regulated environment, be comfortable working autonomously however is a natural team player.

The role is for 6 months initially and will of course be largely home based so location is flexible From July, there is the hope of perhaps returning to the office 1-2 days a week (Birmingham) although that may not be essential.

This FTC is paying up to £70,000 + benefits and there is also the option of a 4 day a week arrangement.
