My client are looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable CNC Setter Operator Turner on an initial 3 month contract with the potential of turning this position of a life time into a real life reality. My client are currently operating out of a purpose built facility that runs the cleanest, modern machinery that the automotive, motorsport and aerospace industry could ask for.
Having worked exceptionally close with this company and having built a fantastic working relationship I am able to fully understand the position in which they are recruiting and the type of candidate they are looking for. I'm aware that the ideal candidate for them should be enthusiastic about the industry, have a brilliant understanding of CNC Turning, Setting and Operating and be ready to push themselves in an environment where the hiding in the shadow's is not an opportunity.
You will clearly be experienced within CNC Setting and Operating. You will be fully supported by the companies Edgecam and Delcam's offline programming team. You will have a recognised background with CNC Turning and experience of working to extremely tight tolerances within a high precision environment and be able to quality check your own work with manual quality checking tools. You will be able to produce products from technical drawings / planning route cards and show a proactive attitude within the work environment. You will be fully conversant with Fanuc controls and be willing to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team. A knowledge of Siemens controls and the ability to use a manual lathe would be advantageous.
This 3 month contract position will see you working a continuous night shift and earning an extremely reasonable £20.00 to £25.00 per hour, whilst producing the highest quality parts for the elite names within Formula 1.
