CNC Programmer and Applications Engineer Outside IR35

We are looking for a highly skilled Siemens NX programmer with either application or machine tool background to support the integration of a second Mazak E1250v machine center into production.

Key deliverables will be the alignment between both machine tools and successful transfer of existing processes.

Supporting the integration of an offline tool presetter (Haimer) using Mazak machine tool manger across both machines.

Integrate Mazak cell monitor for machine monitoring and the overall development of a world class machining department within the military Cell.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Understanding of Machine PLCs
Extensive experience operating and setting Mazak 5 Axis machine centers
Mazak Intergrex (Tilting 'B' Axis) experience
High level of understanding in various Siemens NX environments - CAM, Modelling Drafting of high importance
Substantial understanding of Siemens Teamcenter - Rich Client
Aerospace or Oil & Gas background favourable
Self-Inspection techniques
Knowledge of industry standard measuring/ inspection techniques
PC Dmis knowledge advantageous - CMM operating
Experience of machining Aluminium & Stainless fabrications
High level of understanding of adaptive machining - Renishaw probing
