This position will report to the Team Leader and would be responsible for set-up, operation,
and over sight of CNC Machines for production.
Scope and Responsibilities
To operate 4 and 5 axis Heller CNC machines with Fastems pallet system
 Competently set and operate 4 and 5 axis Heller CNC machines
 Previous experience of Siemens, Fanuc or Mazatrol controls
 Experience of FASTEMS system is desirable
 Previous experience of machining titanium
 Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
 Loading and unloading of CNC machine tools
 Working to process with no deviation
 Quality control, measurement of parts.
 Modification of tool offsets.
 Tool changing. Fixture changing.

Shifts are :-

Friday Sat Sun 5.30am - 6pm = 36 hours per week
