Working within a small, collaborative team, you will be joining a supply and manufacturing organisation who are seeking a Client Services Coordinator due to business growth. You will be responsible for managing the customer experience, from order to completion.

This is a permanent, full-time office based role and working hours are Monday-Friday (8.30-5.30pm).

Key Outline of the Role:

  • Handle incoming calls, answering within a reasonable time frame.
  • Contact customers directly via telephone, to confirm dates and stock availability
  • Build strong relationships with all customers, to deliver customer experience
  • Maintain and update the system, to track all customer interactions
  • Liaise across all departments within the business, ensuring that you deliver excellent service levels
  • Attend to any additional tasks, as requested by management

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar, office administrative or customer service administrator role
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships both internally as well as with your customers
  • A strong team player
