This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known, established business who have been operating for 50+ years and have well over 350 employees! This is an exciting chance for someone who wants to advance their career as a Channel Marketing Manager to help drive multi-channel strategic growth objectives. You will be operating within a fast-paced evolving environment and across multiple projects. Through the support of your Senior Marketing Manager and other internal teams, you will help develop project lead generation and create engaging activity plans through digital content.

Job Title - Channel Marketing Manager

Location - Nuneaton

Salary - £32,000 - £35,000

Work Schedule - (Hybrid) - 3 days office, 2 days home

Contract - Full time/Permanent

The role of the Channel Marketing Manager involves accelerating sales growth amongst trade customers through collaborative work with internal teams and marketing strategies. You will help navigate and steer the brand into wider growth and expansion plans. You will also help build great relationships with the internal Trade Sales Team and external Trade customers to develop key customer activity plans all with the goal of driving demand generation and contract specification leads!

The role

  • Providing marketing and lead generation to support the Trade Sales Director, Business Development and Marketing team

  • To be able to work with the trade contract sales team to aid the delivery of primary strategic objectives

  • Be able to understand and assess competitor activities/key market trends and position the company in an effective way

  • Use an element of creativity to develop marketing strategy to increase market share growth consistently

The candidate

  • Experience in a Channel Marketing role is preferable

  • Marketing experience - minimum 2 year's experience operating within B2B is beneficial

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong ability to work coherently amongst different teams

  • Ability to work towards a goal alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven ability to develop marketing plans facilitating growth targets
