A fantastic temporary opportunity for a Cash Management Reconciliations Administrator to join a large reputable organisation based in Shirley. The role is an going temporary contract - hybrid working, initially for 6 months.

Key responsibilities:

  • Uploading bank statements and reconciling,
  • payment runs, standing orders, direct debits,
  • Credit card payments, dealing with internal and external supplier queries,
  • Bank queries,
  • Processing client refunds,
  • Sending remittance advices.

Person Spec:

  • Finance experience
  • Good communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, organisational ability, attention to detail
  • Good team player, willing to learn
  • Oracle exposure would be desirable but not essential.
