We currently have an opportunity for a Cash Management Manager to join a thriving finance team on a permanent based in Solihull.
Initially you will be working remotely however in the future this will move to a mixture of home based and office based.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is experienced in cash management, invoice to payment and working with a large number of bank accounts and making foreign payments.
You will be involved in the set up and improvement of the cash management processes across the group in a high-volume department, ensuring processing is accurate and payment runs are conducted on time and accurately.
This is a position which requires a strong communicator, as such a large group there will always be something in query or something that has not quite gone to plan. You will be responsible for liaising between the cash management team and wider business to ensure all standing orders and direct debits are processed timely and reconciled accurately and all queries are resolved effectively and prevented from being duplicated.
Reporting into the Transactional Finance Manager you will be looking after 5 direct reports conducting their one to ones and be the point of contact for any escalated queries.
You will have a keen interest in process improvement, and have the confidence to look at a process, identify how it can be improved and make that improvement. Ideally you will have a strong transactional processing background to ensure that processes can be implemented and changed to increase productivity and efficiencies.
