My client, a leading multi-site consumer business, is looking to recruit a Campaigns and Content Manager. This is a newly created role as part of an exciting period of growth.
The role is based in Cheltenham - on a hybrid basis - a considerable level of flexibility with be provided for strong candidates.
The Campaigns and Content Manager role will lead a small team of designers and copywriters and will be responsible for developing a multi-channel marketing calendar, building our content strategy and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that deliver growth. The primary goal of their marketing is to build the brand based on delivering a best in class customer experience, supporting customer acquisition and retention.
The role will encompass:
- Develop and manage integrated consumer campaigns across all marketing channels - website, social, email marketing, in-practice, local etc
- Build and deliver content strategy
- Develop and own marketing calendar
- Line-manage copy writers and Design team
- Experienced marketing professional who has a track record of successfully building and managing fully integrated B2C marketing campaigns
- Experience of working across all marketing channels to deliver fully integrated campaigns
- Experience of developing and managing content strategy with both a brand building and customer acquisition focus
