Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a client based in Birmingham City Centre, who are seeking a Business Support Administrator to support the Executive Assistant and wider team with general team assistant duties.
This is an opportunity within a fast-paced and exciting department. We are looking for someone immediately available for initially a 3 month period.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Offering efficient and expert administrative support to a department lead, including diary and inbox
- Successful liaison with clients via telephone and email
- Additional presentation or ad-hoc duties as requested by the business
The successful applicant would ideally possess experience within tourism or events, and would suit an experienced Administrator or someone who is keen to progress in to a Personal Assistant role. The role will be based on a full-time working week and will be a hybrid role. You must be available immediately.
