THE ROLE: Business Support Administrator
PAY RATE : Up to £11.50 per hour
LOCATION: Full-Time Office Based in Solihull
CONTRACT: Immediate Start - June 2022

The ideal candidate will have general office administrative experience, a "can-do" approach to a variety of tasks, and able to work full-time (Mon - Fri) in their offices for the duration of the assignment.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Reporting to Office Manager, completing daily post, franking and distribution
  • Updating Excel trackers and detailed notes
  • Assisting in reports
  • Email Inbox Management
  • Telephone correspondence where needed
  • Welcome to all office visitors, adhering to office visitor protocols and H & S check-in procedures
  • Additional duties as requested

About You:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communicator, both internally and externally
  • "Can-Do" approach to any tasks set
  • Willing to learn and deadline orientated
