The new RPO arm will offer immersive, individual and tailored talent solutions to both new and existing clients. We need you to be tenacious, with a keen eye for detail and a hunger for progression. With one live RPO client already under our wing and a number of client presentations scheduled, we need someone with the confidence to independently visit clients, attend network events, and market, present and sell the solution to potential partners. To be successful in this challenging but rewarding role, you will need a holistic understanding of marketing principles in addition to exceptional commercial acumen, leadership and organisational skills.

Identify new business opportunities with both current and new clients: building on existing relationships and mapping the market to generate leads, then creating, presenting and selling bespoke solutions to them.

Work alongside and report to the Managing Director: you will schedule and attend meetings with the MD in addition to creating tenders and making bids for projects of work together.

Have significant experience within an RPO / Talent Solutions role: a successful track record of building and maintaining a sales pipeline is essential.
