Have you got the drive to seek and deliver a multi-million pound contract to this fast-growing automotive manufacturer, while supporting the efforts of a small, successful sales team?
My client is a highly successful, privately owned manufacturer of a range of components and assemblies for the niche vehicle market. Due to the backing of an ambitious parent, the business is looking to build on recent success by appointing a proven sales and business development professional to drive their sales function to the next level.
You're a proven business development professional and you're passionate about what you do - you love hunting out opportunities, you're persistent and tenacious, and you have a track record of delivering big ticket sales opportunities from inception to production. Ideally you have experience within first or second tier automotive manufacturing and some exposure to the niche or medium volume vehicle markets; however, a proven business development manager will demonstrate that they can take my client's capabilities to a range of industries and deliver profitable new business - my client understands this and will therefore consider all engineering/manufacturing backgrounds.
Your join a business that's going places. Investment is readily available, the management team is energised, and the business has a clear strategy for its growth and development. Successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £60,000, plus a highly incentivised benefits package including a performance-based bonus.
