Business Analyst Process Mapping/Business Process Analyst

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum 11 month fixed Term contract

Working within a major Data Transformation project a Business Analyst with strong Process Mapping and strong Data knowledge is required for a 11 month fixed term contract with potential of going perm afterwards.

  • Evaluate existing operational process's, identifying efficiency and consistency opportunities to support the transformation programme
  • Facilitate process orientated workshops to negotiate effective fit for purpose outcomes
  • To lead and support implementations of process improvements
  • Support the operational maturity of process definition, design, implementation and continuation of measure and analysis
  • Work with transformation stakeholders and SME's to align operational processes supporting internal data, management information, key performance indicators and software application requirements
  • To adhere to relevant methodologies and standards that meet the needs of a fast-paced business.
  • Extensive process design management engaging at senior leadership communities
  • Excellent facilitation and consultancy abilities, combined with the ability to engender a clear vision within the minds of the customer
  • Broad based business applications background
  • Proven ability to develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures
  • Previous demonstration of building and monitoring internal controls and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Extensive process design management engaging at senior leadership communities
  • Excellent facilitation and consultancy abilities, combined with the ability to engender a clear vision within the minds of the customer
  • Broad based business applications background
  • Proven ability to develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures
