Gleeson Recruitment Group have just been briefed on an exciting Business Analyst role working with an industry leading client based in Staffordshire. This role is an initial 3-month contract opportunity Outside of IR35, however an extension is highly likely based on individual performance. Depending on experience the client is looking to offer between £400 - £450 a day with an immediate start.
We are looking for an experienced BA who is familiar and comfortable with hands on data driven work. You will be expected to have previous experience within data analysis and mapping as the role will focus on assessing and identify problems within legacy data. This involves data between Payroll systems, HR systems and Training systems.
The client is looking for someone with experience in process and data mapping, migration as well as touch data analysis that can plan to mediate and change processes for the purposes of prevention.
System knowledge of Siphr or RSM is preferable but not essential.
Although the role will largely be working from home, there will be an initial requirement for the first couple of weeks to be in office to gain a full understanding of the role requirements and expectations.
