Business Analyst - OMNI Channel - Contact Centre
Interim for initial 6 months
£500 per day
My client, a FTSE 250 business in North Birmingham, is looking for a Business Analyst to join them as they look to implement a new OMNI channel contact centre technology solution to bring them into the 21st century.
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for mapping out existing processes, gathering an analysing business and technical requirements and then translating them into functional specifications. You will conduct workshops and work closely with the dedicated Project Manager to deliver the solution on time.
This role is part of a much wider transformation programme and is a vital role for the business as they look to improve customer touch points with web chat and online contact becoming far more prevalent.
The successful candidate will be a strong Business Analyst with demonstrable experience working on a OMNI channel contact or call centre technology solution. You will be an excellent communicator and be comfortable working in a fast paced change environment.
My client is looking to hold interviews on the week commencing 23rd April with a view to the appointing someone to start as soon as possible after. They would wait for someone on 4 weeks notice at a push.
