Gleeson Recruitment have partnered with an innovative business in Birmingham City Centre to search for a Bookkeeper, this role will be temporary cover but could offer longer term prospects potentially.
- Liaising with customers over the phone and email.
- Processing invoices.
- Updating templates with information.
- Ensuring information is correct for client billing.
- Timely response to customer queries and contacting customers with any problems.
- Checking compliance and accuracy of information (I.e. bank details etc)
- Maintaining and updating information for individual customers.
- Preparing and sending out documents.
- Creating reports, inputting data, collating weekly figures and sharing with the wider business.
