Bookkeeper- Temporary ongoing

Birmingham City Centre

£12.00 per hour

Gleeson Recruitment have partnered with an innovative business in Birmingham City Centre to search for a Bookkeeper, this role will be temporary cover but could offer longer term prospects potentially.

Bookkeeper duties:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone and email.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Updating templates with information.
  • Ensuring information is correct for client billing.
  • Timely response to customer queries and contacting customers with any problems.
  • Checking compliance and accuracy of information (I.e. bank details etc)
  • Maintaining and updating information for individual customers.
  • Preparing and sending out documents.
  • Creating reports, inputting data, collating weekly figures and sharing with the wider business.
