I am pleased to be supporting a FTSE 100 listed business looking to add a new Bond Administrator into their growing team based in the modern Lichfield offices. The Bond Administrator is a permanent hybrid position, paying a salary circa £21,000 PA + benefits.

The successful Bond Administrator will be welcomed into an established and growing team, taking on varied responsibilities to encourage your growth and progression. This is a household name brand and a fantastic opportunity to get on your CV! You will be responsible for resolving customer queries within your specialised sector and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure minimal errors when processing invoices.

Full training will be provided with this position, however some experience within customer service would be a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the database with accurate monitoring of detail
  • Escalate issues to line manager where needed
  • Ensure compliance paperwork is completed and submitted accurately
  • Update the database when customers need to make changes to their plan
  • Process invoices and input payments
  • Reconcile the database and general ledger at period end
  • Assist customers over the phone with queries on their plans
  • Liaise with CIS to ensure details are up to date

What you need to succeed:

  • The ability to manage a high volume workload
  • Familiar with Microsoft programs such as Excel
  • Experience of delivering and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • An analytical approach
  • The ability to manage sensitive situations with customers
