Billing Clerk

£25,000-£30,000

Birmingham City Centre

I am recruiting for a Billing Clerk to join a professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre, this role will be a 12-month FTC including hybrid working.

Billing Clerk Duties:

  • Raising of bills on the Aderant system
  • Ensure bills are dispatched within the 48-hour internal policy.
  • Monitoring the internal mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Raising bills inline with client services agreements.
  • Working with the wider finance team to sort any billing queries.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT / local tax regulations in relation to output tax
  • Production of monthly and quarterly client reports where appropriate.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.
