I am recruiting for a Billing Clerk to join a professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre, this role will be a 12-month FTC including hybrid working.
Billing Clerk Duties:
- Raising of bills on the Aderant system
- Ensure bills are dispatched within the 48-hour internal policy.
- Monitoring the internal mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Raising bills inline with client services agreements.
- Working with the wider finance team to sort any billing queries.
- Ensure compliance with VAT / local tax regulations in relation to output tax
- Production of monthly and quarterly client reports where appropriate.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.
