Position: Senior Bid Designer
Contract type: 9 months FTC
Salary: £50k - £55k + car allowance (DOE)

Reporting to: Head of Studio
Location: London / Hybrid
Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a leading Global Real Estate service provider in London in search of a Senior Bid designer. Support the studio within the company's marketing department in the UK by delivering bid and marketing collateral. Responsible for creating bid documents, presentations, and marketing materials. Strong knowledge of design for print and online required, with digital media experience beneficial.
Key Deliverables:
- Produce bid documents and presentations for internal clients.
- Manage briefs from Bid Management and Marketing teams.
- Outsource bid documents when necessary.
- Create corporate materials and advertising to promote services.
- Develop presentation material for strategic events.
- Manage employee photograph library and organize photo shoots.
- Maintain design work archiving system.
- Ensure client communication, progress tracking, and adherence to budgets.
- Follow job control procedures to minimize errors and costs.
- Potentially manage a team in the future.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and work to tight deadlines.

Person Specification:
- Degree in graphic design or equivalent training.
- Previous studio experience.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Strong design and print production skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to translate technical design for non-technical stakeholders.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Autonomy and responsiveness.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
