My client, a consumer goods retail business, are looking to recruit a B2C Digital Marketing Manager. A key hie within the business, you will lead on developing a digital strategy across a multiple digital channels. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the online and digital activities, the role will focus on maintaining and developing a portfolio of websites, with a focus on improving website traffic and driving conversion rates.

The role:

• Responsible for the digital strategy across the website, social email, and any other channels
• Developing and delivering all online content, development, functionality and UX for a portfolio of ecommerce websites
• Analysing and understanding user behaviour, site interaction and opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion across the websites
• CRO on an ongoing basis, to maximise the performance of the websites.
• Responsible for email platform: monitor and evaluate the design, performance and overall quality of the campaigns
• Report on the digital performance and propose changes for the digital marketing strategy accordingly with the results.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ecommerce experience would be advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience of using CMS, CRM, and email marketing platforms
• Strong experience with paid social and paid search channels.
• Strong analytical skills - proven experience in tracking, optimising, and reporting on digital campaign activities.
• Demonstrable experience ideally working in a high-growth, successful, fast-paced environment.
