My client is a leading consumer business, based in Walsall. They are currently expanding the franchise arm of their business and are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to join the team and be responsible for the planning and execution of the lead generation strategy, and the creation of marketing collateral to support the overall B2B recruitment marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the lead generation strategy, and the creation of any marketing collateral to support the B2B marketing strategy (digital and print).
- Manage the lead generation database, and work closely with the recruitment and operation teams to ensure key information is shared for collaborative working.
- Build and maintain relationships with the trade press, and manage the creation of press releases.
- Manage the social media strategy for on-boarding new recruits.
- Continuous reporting back on the progress of the B2B marketing strategy to senior management, working to set KPI's.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working in a similar B2B marketing position.
- Have a passion for Lead Generation.
- Have experience writing press releases and building PR relationships.
- Experience using a CRM system/working with databases.
