Audit Manager:

This is a new role within the European Internal Audit Team reporting into the Director of Risk & Compliance. Based in West London with close links into the Japanese Head Office.

This is a great opportunity for a strong generalist Internal Auditor with existing JSOX exposure to help shape this new role for the department.

Responsible for planning, carrying out and completing both Internal Audits and JSOX audits according to the annual plan.

• Manage a team of Auditors and support staff
• Participate in the development and implementation of global IA and J-Sox policies and procedures
• Lead, supervise and complete audits
• Perform risk assessment and root cause analysis of deficiencies identified
• Conduct fraud investigations and ad-hoc projects as may be required
• Provide recommendations for improvement to mitigate risks identified
• Provide guidance to Executives and other senior stakeholders on best practice
• Lead responsibility for resolving technical audit issues
• Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with European and Head Office senior management

Internal Audit

• Understand the overall risk profileof the Company. Lead responsibility for development of the rik based IA plan in agreement with Europe and HO
• Lead and co-ordinate delivery of the IA Plan within the team
• Perform end to end IA in line with plan, including scoping, fieldwork and report writing

JSOX

• Draft & agree the annual J-Sox plan and Europe and HO
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of the annual JSOX plan
• Perform design effectiveness and operational testing as per the J-Sox plan
• Work with the information support team to oversee the development of the annual IA and J-Sox plan

Experience:

• Extensive IA and Sox experience
• Sox / JSox
• Knowledge of internal audit standards
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana
• Knowledge of Promapp
• Team management experience
