Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering a small owner-managed accountancy business, to support them with a Part-Time temporary role, to assist with a backlog of work.
Based at their modern Reading Offices (South Reading) - we require an individual to support them on a part-time basis (4 hours per day) for a few weeks, to support them with a backlog of work and reconciliations. You must have previously worked on Xero (Accounting package) and be happy and comfortable with investigating a backlog of invoices and reconciliations.
The successful candidate will undertake:
- Going through a high number of invoices to establish what has been paid and what has already been accounted for
- Bank reconciliations
- Allocating monies paid
- Up-dating Xero and Excel
- Chasing up any queries
- Working closely with the finance team to support them with any errors
