Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an industry-leading business who are seeking their next Area Director, covering the Hertfordshire region.
You will be fully accountable for the annual regional operating plan, health & safety, and legal requirements for each centre and working closely with the Operations Director to deliver the brand, core values, and standards of excellence.
- Take full responsibility for each site and vacancies, to ensure that the right team members are appointed, inducted, and developed under your supervision
- Manage your operating plan, KPI delivery from quality to customer care
- Take accountability and monitor commercial regional performance
- Identify any area of improvements, to enhance quality performance of your region, attending sites at least once per month
- Previous experience within a similar, multisite managerial position within a health care setting
- Relevant Qualification in Leadership and Management
- Demonstrable experience working to commercial budgets, HR processes & operational KPIs
- Passion to drive results, through strong leadership with a "hands-on" approach
- Resilient & able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Full UK Driving License
