Application Support Consultant
Location: Castle Donington
Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 DOE

You will be the point of contact for all things technical for the company's customer support systems, as well as this you will work on projects to further develop and improve the grade of service provided to customers.
Due to the sheer size of the customer service team and impeccable grade of service they currently provide, you will be working in a very fast paced environment and will need to be able to consistently use your initiative and self-motivation to ensure there is never any impact on the Global and Regional grade of service.
