My client, an exciting, high-growth, beauty business based in the West Midlands, is looking to recruit an Ambassador Manager (Social Media).

This is a newly created role and part of an exciting, ongoing expansion plan, both in the UK and internationally.

The role will focus on building, managing and strategically growing an Ambassador community that can be leveraged across organic and paid channels. The role will encompass:

1. Growing an Ambassador catalogue of content
2. Produce content that is groundbreaking, engaging and demonstrates ROI
3. Ensure content drives commercial success

This role will focus on developing an already strong online community and using ambassador generated content (through engaging relationships) to built out the community further.

The ideal candidate candidate for this role will possess a strong social media background and will be able to demonstrate an ability to organically grow audiences. You will creative in the thinking and commercial in your outcomes.
