Are you an exceptional communicator with good basic administration experience? Are you happy to be the first point of call for all customers? If so, we are looking for an Administrator to join a Birmingham City Centre Office.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Duties - Meeting & Greeting visitors and external customers to the offices, answering and fielding telephone calls, transferring calls to the right department or taking messages as required and communicating with the team
  • Acting as an effective gatekeeper, whilst always remaining professional and friendly
  • Competently using a CRM to update and load documents as per company compliance procedures
  • Ensure all meeting rooms and reception areas are well maintained, taking pride in all back-office areas
  • Supporting the wider team with assistance in event preparation
  • Other adhoc administration duties as the business needs

You will be:

  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Good Basic Administration Skills, proficient user of Microsoft Suite / CRM is advantageous
  • Willing to learn
  • Customer Service Focused
  • Confident communicator
