We are recruiting for an administrator to join their service delivery team.
- Inbox management, dealing with general enquiries
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Thorough data entry
- Communication with external suppliers and clients
- Communicating via phone and email
- A Customer Service background is essential (Logistics, automotive, transportation preferable)
- Data Entry/Administration experience, ability to use company bespoke digital systems efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and excel within the role
- Birmingham City Centre Based
- Brand new offices
- 40 hours a week / Monday to Friday
