Administrator - Birmingham
Are you an experience Administrator looking for a new opportunity? We might have the role for you! Due to our client's growth we are working in partnership to find 2 Administrators to join their busy office based in Birmingham. This is a full-time temporary position for a contract of 6 months but could potentially extend.
Within this role you will:
- Update Internal records
- Answer incoming calls & deal with queries
- General office assistance
- Liaising with Clients via email / telephone
- Data entry and updating spreadsheets
- Raising and sending out weekly invoices
- General adhoc duties
Hours of work are :
- 37.5 hrs per week
- Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 17:00PM
- You will be required to work in the office 5 days per week
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Strong administration skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident with Excel, Word, Power Point
- Positive, friendly attitude and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible approach
- Ability to work within a team and support colleagues as well as work alone
- The ability to prioritise many tasks to ensure accuracy, and deliver results with great attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
Salary varies between £21,000 to £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
