Administrator - Birmingham

Are you an experience Administrator looking for a new opportunity? We might have the role for you! Due to our client's growth we are working in partnership to find 2 Administrators to join their busy office based in Birmingham. This is a full-time temporary position for a contract of 6 months but could potentially extend.

Within this role you will:

  • Update Internal records
  • Answer incoming calls & deal with queries
  • General office assistance
  • Liaising with Clients via email / telephone
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets
  • Raising and sending out weekly invoices
  • General adhoc duties


Hours of work are :

  • 37.5 hrs per week
  • Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 17:00PM
  • You will be required to work in the office 5 days per week


We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Confident with Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Positive, friendly attitude and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible approach
  • Ability to work within a team and support colleagues as well as work alone
  • The ability to prioritise many tasks to ensure accuracy, and deliver results with great attention to detail and a high sense of urgency


Salary varies between £21,000 to £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
