Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Administrator to support a team of fabulous credit controllers for a client based in Willenhall at their head office! This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, down to earth team.

The Role

  • Supporting the credit control team with general administration
  • Supporting customer account queries, complaints and liaising with other departments
  • Answering the telephone and being the first point of contact
  • Undertake account reconciliation when required
  • Send out monthly debt chasing letters and statements

  • General administration experience within an office environment
  • Self starter and organised
