My client based in the Birmingham area are looking for an Administrator to join their team full time on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be joining an established team and will need to be proficient using Microsoft Excel ensuring that all relevant work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties:

  • Working as part of a busy team covering all aspects of administration for the department.
  • Responsible for inputting and formatting of data as the team administrator.
  • Take inbound calls to support the team.
  • General administration including; typing, filing and scanning.

Person:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role would be desired.
  • Ideally be local to the Birmingham area.
  • Confident on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office systems
  • Comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • Professional, self motivated and proactive in your approach.
