This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied role combining elements of front of house, admin support, diary and meeting management organisation and support.
This exciting role would be ideal for someone who has strong admin skills and has an extremely personable manner. You shall be liaising with Internal and external stakeholders and shall be the first point of contact on most occasions for the company, hence excellent communication skills at all levels is a must.
Strong Admin experience is essential and a good working knowledge of excel would be advantageous. Being able to multitask and work in a fast paced, ever changing role with the ability to forward think and be hands on, adaptable and flexible is key to this position.
