Are you an admin assistant seeking a new role in Birmingham city centre?
You will be working within a global property company that currently has over 18,000 employees. Based in their Birmingham office and providing support to the commercial department, you will be reporting to the Office Manager and be responsible to provide full administrative support to all teams on a 12 month fixed term contract.
- Demonstrate Advanced IT skills; being able to type with speed and accuracy, an audio typing
- Be able to communicate with the utmost professionalism; be confident to meet and greet visitors in a polite and helpful manner
- Take initiative and be pro-active in your approach
- Be dedicated, loyal and diligent
You must have previous experience within a similar role.
