Fully remote based national role with office location in Hertfordshire.
We are working with a leading franchisee in the hospitality arena who are now poised for significant growth in the QSR arena. This is a diverse, impressive privately-run family business with a property portfolio split across QSR, hotels and commercial. Already well established across the UK and overseas this is a company growing at rapid pace that now require an Acquisitions Manger to join their team to expand and develop their sites further. Working within a multi-brand franchise business you will take full control of their coffee brand and drive growth of their business through acquiring exciting new sites across the UK that will operate as world-leading coffee QSR sites.
Reporting into the CFO the Acquisitions Manager will track, identify and propose new sites to the Directors and help to drive the growth of their QSR Coffee business throughout the UK. Working in an agile and entrepreneurial business where decisions are made quickly you will have a real platform to shine.
You will be an existing Acquisitions Manager who is ideally experienced within hospitality across land deals, high street and ideally drive-thru's (although this isn't essential). You will be strategic and be able to demonstrate previous success in growing and developing sites with an engaged network that can help you locate future sites. You will be self-motivated and professional able to achieve great results working off your own determination.
On offer to the successful Acquisitions Manager is the opportunity to join a forward-thinking multi-national business where decisions are made quickly. You will receive a salary of £60-70,000 plus a car allowance or hybrid company car, bonus, enhanced pension and private medical.
