Acquisition & Integration Project Manager
Salary up to £60,000 + benefits
My client is a large and highly acquisitive social care company based in South Birmingham. Day to day they provide outcome focused support to people with mental health needs across the region.
Due to their continued growth both organically and through acquisition they have created a new and permanent position for a Project Manager to come on board to take ownership and responsibility for the post acquisition integration of the systems, people and processes to ensure a smooth transition.
Being a new role you will have the opportunity to design and establish the governance framework and work with the senior management team to make sure that everyone is bought in. You will be the main point of contact for all thins to do with integration and change.
Day to day you will create detailed integration plans, engage with all parts the business to engender successful working relationships in order to drive integration with the department heads acting as the SME's. This role reports into the CFO with a dotted line into the CEO.
The right candidate will be an experienced project manager with a proven track record of successfully integrating systems, people and processes. You will hold a certification such as Prince 2 and ideally you will have gained some social care experience in the past. The role will suit someone with gravitas as you will be regularly reporting into the CEO and leading SteerCo meetings with the executive committee.
