We are thrilled to be to be working with an established and growing manufacturing company based in South Warwickshire. Through acquisitions and natural growth this committed business are thriving in their space. They are on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their small but growing finance team.

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience.

Duties include:

• Take ownership of accounts receivable and credit control function.
• Investigate and respond to client queries in a timely manner.
• Account reconciliation.
• Provide support to the wider finance team including accounts payable and other ad hoc administration duties.
• Monitor debtor account balances.
• Create required reports.

Is this role right for you?

You will need to have strong experience with accounts receivable and credit control. This role will be evolving as the company grows so you will need to be adaptable and keen to take on new challenges and extra responsibilities. You must be a confident communicator and be able to build strong relationships internally and externally. You should be a quick learner who has a keen eye for detail and accuracy. You must be able to support your team and use your initiative with organising and keeping on top of your workload. A good knowledge of Excel and SAP would be advantageous.
