Accounts Payable Clerk - Halesowen - £20-22k. Great permanent opportunity with a growing, vibrant business.
We are working with a growing organisation operating across sites throughout the UK. Based in Halesowen, they are now require an additional Accounts Payable Clerk for join their finance team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in end-to-end Accounts Payable to join a business that is fun, busy and challenging.
Specifically, the role will involve the following tasks:
- Processing of invoices and GRNIs
- Resolution of supplier queries
- Posting to correct codes
- Supplier statement recs
- Escalation of more complex payment issues
- Verification of invoices and credit notes
- Document administration and preparation
- Assisting with the preparation of information for payment runs
- Ad hoc admin and sales support tasks
The successful individual will be a valued member of this inclusive finance function.
The successful person will ideally have a background in fairly high-volume/high-value invoice processing, with a positive and enthusiastic personality, and a strong willingness to offer help and support to a busy team of people. This role will suit someone with a solid knowledge in all areas of accounts payable, with strong attention to detail, who is looking for a challenging, long-term role.
