We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator based near Solihull. You will be responsible for a selection of accounts where you will develop relationships with suppliers to ensure the smooth payment of invoices to ensure business runs smoothly and effectively. You will be part of a small accounts payable team reporting into the team manager.

Accounts Payable duties include:
- Account reconciliation
- Identifying and resolving queries
- Matching and processing invoices
- Chasing credit notes for outstanding goods
- Liaising with suppliers
- Reducing unreconciled and aged items
- Identifying areas for improvements.
You will be confident with a wealth of experience in accounts payable looking after large and complicated accounts. This is a high volume business so experience from a larger organisation would be desirable.
This is a permanent full time role paying up to £23,000 per annum.
