Gleeson Recruitment Group are in partnership with a highly successful organisation based in Bilston who are actively looking to appoint and experienced Finance Administrator to join their team. This will suit someone with 6- 12 months finance/ accounts experience, and is looking for a role which will offer progression.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator based in Bilston. This is a full time permanent position paying up to £18,000k per annum.

As a Finance Administrator you will report directly to the Department Manager and be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring timely payments in line with procedure and ensuring they are processed accurately to deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Invoices and allocating cash in a timely manner
  • Handling queries
  • Setting up payments
  • Track payments and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare reports and information for the team
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines
