We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small and friendly finance team based near Redditch.
You will be an experienced all round accounts assistant able to process and manage both Purchase and Sales ledger. Working in a small team you will have responsibility to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner to deadline and queries are resolved and kept to a minimum.
Hours: Full Time (Mixture work from home/office)
Salary: Up to £25,000
Duration: Permanent Position.
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Logging and resolving queries
- Processing supplier BACS payments
- Raise sales invoices
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Liaise with customers to resolve invoice queries
- Suggestions for improvement and enhance controls
- Cash book Preparation
- Assist with VAT
