Gleeson have exclusively partnered with a global business based near Lichfield, to search for an Accounts Assistant. This business are forward thinking with exciting growth plans in the future, those of which will benefit this new hire. This role is a critical position for the business and applications will progress fast throughout the process if successful.

Accounts Assistant Key Duties:

Checking expenses ready for the AP team to process.
Credit Card reconciliations.
Creating new suppliers and updating procedures.
Reporting on the business KPI's.
Payment reporting- HMRC.
FBP Adjustment Journals.
Supporting the wider finance team with adhoc duties when required.
