Accounts Administrator - paying up to £22k - near Whitchurch, Shropshire
We are working with a well-established and growing business based near Whitchurch. We are now seeking an additional Accounts Administrator to join their team to support the Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that is experiencing high levels of commercial activity. It will be a busy and challenging role for a candidate looking to use their accounts knowledge, in a positive and friendly environment.
Specifically, the role will involve the following tasks:
- Processing purchase orders and GRNIs
- Resolution of supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Posting to correct codes
- Verification of invoices and credit notes
- Administrative support
- Assisting with the preparation of information for multiple entities
- Ad hoc admin and sales support tasks
The successful individual will be a valued member this inclusive and friendly finance function.
The successful person will ideally have a background in purchase and sales ledger, with a positive and enthusiastic personality, and a strong willingness to offer help and support to a busy office. This role will suit someone with solid experience across all areas of accounts administration, who also has a strong knowledge of Word & Excel.
