2nd line, 3rd line, support
My client, based in central London is looking for a second/third line support analyst to join their existing team. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and a strong attention to detail.
There is currently a team of 8 service desk operatives in place and the client is looking for someone to come in and lead by example.
Please note, despite being a 3rd line role, successful applicants will be expected to jump on phones, perform physical desk moves and imaging as part of the role
- Windows 10
- Office 2016 / O365
- Exchange 2010 -> 365
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- SIP / VOIP core concepts
- Microsoft Hyper-V
