IT Service Desk Engineer

Located in centre Glasgow.
£29,000 pro rata.
6-month FTC (highly likely to turn perm).

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer who will report to the IT Service Desk Manager, answering incoming calls and emails whilst complying with SLAs.

The position Is a 6-month fixed term contract however, if you perform well there is a high chance of being taken on permanently.

You will be dealing with escalated tasks from the Service desk team and collaborating with Senior IT support teams to escalate more complex issues.

Relevant experience for the position:

  • Worked in an ITIL environment (desirable).
  • High Level Customer Service.
  • Good Microsoft operating systems knowledge.
  • Experience working high pressure environment.
