2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - Birmingham / Remote - £180 -£220 a day inside IR35
I am currently working with a growing business based in Birmingham who are looking for two contractors to join their busy service desk. This role is covering 2nd Line Service desk Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within a busy service desk being a point of escalation for 1st Line Engineers, covering a variety of end users and tickets. Someone from an MSP would be an advantage but not a must.
- Experience working in a 2nd Line Service desk.
- Expertise in the following:
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Windows Server
- Hyper-v / VMware
- Any Microsoft certifications would be desirable.
- Excellent communications and service skills.
