Service Desk Analyst x2-Shirley (West Midlands) - £24,000 - £28,000

5 Days a week in office

09:30 - 18:00 x 1

Gleeson Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity alongside a rapidly growing business based in Shirley. We're searching for an up & coming Service Desk Analyst with a passion to develop their career as a confident IT professional, experience in a Service Desk role is not essential but would be preferable, the team are open and willing to train and develop the right consultant for the role.

You'll be monitoring platform management and distribution of tickets to users - building onto 1st line responsibilities.
Key job requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, organise and take user friendly notes
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to drive and have access to a vehicle
